Event Enquiries

When contacting us, please include the following details if possible:

• Event date

• Event location

• Type of ice sculpture or seafood display

• Approximate event start time

• Any special requests or ideas

This helps us provide an accurate quote and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Important Notes

• Ice sculptures typically last 3–4 hours, depending on conditions.

• Delivery is usually scheduled around 1 hour before the event start time.

• Full setup will be completed before the event begins.

• Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

• Full payment must be completed before delivery.
  (If payment is not received, delivery may be cancelled.)

Drip Tray Collection

Drip trays will be collected after the event.
Please leave them in place once the event has finished.
