IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please read the following important information carefully before placing your order.

Ice Melting Time

  • Ice sculptures and ice displays will begin to melt within 3–4 hours, depending on weather conditions and the event environment.

  • This is a natural characteristic of ice and cannot be prevented.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery is scheduled for approximately 1 hour before the event start time, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Exact delivery times must be confirmed prior to the event.

Setup

  • All setup will be completed before the event starts.

  • Please ensure clear access to the setup area at the agreed delivery time.

Order Deadline

  • All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Late orders may not be accepted due to production scheduling.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be completed before delivery.

  • If payment has not been received prior to delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

  • No exceptions will be made on the event day.

Drip Tray Collection

  • Drip trays are collected after the event by our staff.

  • Please leave the drip tray in place until the event has concluded.
